Predictive Quality is all about leveraging Big Data and AI to pre-empt losses due to poor product quality. Today industries have built in QC processes that check the quality of the finished good. This quality check at the end of the process definitely eliminates the roll out of poor quality products but it doesn’t reduce the wast-ages. The poor quality finished products is a loss for the business.

Predictive Quality monitors the process vitals along the process and alerts the production in-charge about the impending impact on quality in real-time. This allows the production in-charge to take remedial actions in real time and save further loss.
